Italy started the first half with an amazing dynamic and strength which proved them capacity and skills of the team, scoring most of the goals and taking control of the match. However, due to a fault committed by Italian player Campestrini (nr.11), Russia had the chance to scored and balanced the tournament but that wasn’t possible because the Italian goalkeeper defend.
Italy win this half thanks to the Italian player Simone Mengon (nr1) which puts them closer to winning this tournament 26-18 goals (1 point)
Russia scored first and this time the team is making a bigger effort to recover the results and the expulsion of the Italian player (nr 13) was an advantage for the Russian team. Both were tight and making the results always closer.
In just 5 minutes to end the match, Italy tried constantly to score, which it did with success, especially player Pratner (nr.7) that scored twice increasing the opportunity of them to win this contest. All end up with an incredible scored of Italy making them the winners, that means they had win the Bronze Medal.
Both teams ensured their presence in the 2017 World Championship U17.
